video question

Ok, so I am trying to make a video/slideshow thing on my computer but the program that I am using, ACDShowtime! for Pentax, will not let me upload my videos to any web video thing like JussPress or Sharkle or anything...do you know of any other video builder things that you can download online so that you can make videos? Thanks!

If you use windows XP, if you download one of their service packs, there is a free vido building program with that. PRetty basic, but it works well enough. I've cut up some dog videos that I shot using that, just so I could break them down and send them off the other members of the club. You can add music and things too. I think its called windows movie producer 2.0. Its free to download. I've never used it with still images, but I seem to remember it supporting those as well. Good luck.

Thanks GSD! Do you know if they have any thing like that for Windows 2000? Thanks!

not sure if it works with 2000 or not. I have xp so I just assumed it was an XP service pack. I'll do a quick search and see

It looks like movie maker 2.0 is for xp only, but they did have a movie maker 1.0 or 1.1 that could be used with older versions of the operating system like ME. I've never used it though. otherwise I use adobe premiere elements now. Add it to your christmas list. I picked it up with adobe photoshop elements and premeire together in one package. IT was only 40 bucks compared to 70 for each after a 30 mail in rebate. I like two for half price. Good luck.
