chained dog

now to my leatest post chaining dog!!!!!!!!!!
here im scotland no one chains dog really they mostly live in the house but i watch animal cops on animal planet and i c tht many ppl in florida and us chain there dogs why.
why have an animal to chain it up outside and leave it the farm were i used to keep my horsies had 3 dogs gade the shepherd who ws so sweet bruno rotty and buddy there pup donna aka old evil kinevil as i call her never chained the dogs but made them live outside claming they were guard dogs she used to treat thm like dirt and kick gade i faught with her on many occasiions as i dont like animals living outsiide or being ******* kicked as a matter of fact i phoned the sspca but they done nothing they said the dogs were in good body weight get a life the dogs were mizrable i wanted to take gade home she was such a love and tryed so hard to love i cry as i write this she tryed to play with a football with me but was scouled off of donna. she never wore a collor or lead she never had a toy she never got a christmas present god hepl her!
please help in any way u can even if it is a nice replie!

It is heart breaking to now of dogs that are being kept in poor conditions, and it is frustrating when sometimes the laws forget about the mental health of dogs. Just being fed and watered and provided with shelter does not mean adequate care.
Perhaps you want to work on getting the laws changed, or, educate others about the proper treatment of animals. Sometimes there are cases that we can't seem to change, don't give up, but don't forget about others that you can educate and help.
