MIND YOU, It is Winter in N.E. & I went to the beach!

I don't know exactly how many of you all live in the New England area but what a strange weather pattern we are having. It was so gorgeous today I called in sick from work kept my daughter home from preschool and me, her, and the dog took off for the Beach in Gloucester, Massachusetts today. It was wonderful and warm for January almost 60 degree's. Cai had the best time, running in the ocean and chasing waves along with my Daughter hot on his trail, if I had let her she would have went swimming . Luckily she had on her rubber boots, little kids are so numb to things especially cold water. But momma why can't I take my coat off and go swimming with Cai my 4 year old just didn't think it was fair that Cai could go in the water and she couldn't LOL! Anyways, I took lots of pictures of Cai in the ocean but I need to get them put on disk tommorrow (no digital yet ) so I will post them in the next few days stay tuned...... It was just one of those perfect days that I will never forget with the two most special things in my life, my daughter and my four legged son! PRICELESS!

We too have been having an unsually warm dry winter. The have only had to wear sweaters a couple of times. I should take mine down to the beach too. Can't wait to see your pictures.

That sounds like a day of heaven! I am jealous of your warm dry weather. Here in Washington we are trying to break our previous 50 year record of 33 days of rain in a row. The weather channel shows the next 7 days of rain through next thursday. I can't wait to see the pictures. Perhaps they will warm me up just looking at them.
