What about Simon's comment after the big heavy girl sang and made it to Hollywood he says.." Do we have a bigger stage this year"! I almost died . But that poor deputy sheriff what was he thinking I hope it was a bet cuz he really made himself look like an idiot in front of millions of people.

OMG, that's one of the rudest comments I've ever heard from Idol. Personal insults are uncalled for as far as I'm concerned. *sigh*

Anyone still keeping up with Idol? I kind of lost interest for awhile after they voted off Mandesa and Kelly Pickler was still hanging on . They pick cuteness and someone acting stupid over someone who can really sing . Anyways, I'm glad Kelly is gone even though she is cute and had a sad story. I love Chris, Elliot, & Taylor is pretty good even though he acts like a SPAZ! LOL! Who do you guys think will take it all? Maybe Chris?

Thank God Ace is gone. He was so cheesy. They are all good now. Kelly was good, but only at country...that's fine in the music industry, but you have to be versatile on American Idol. My favorites are Chris and Katherine, but like I said, they are all good at this point.

Well, I have to say, Chris deserves it this year. He has been the best, and most consistant to get those "good weeks".
Elliott is really good too, he has blown me away some weeks, but he does on occassion "dissapoint" so to speak, with a very average, somewhat boring performance.
Taylor is awesome...haha. He isn't the best singer, has his good weeks, but he is just so much fun to watch. His likeablity factor has kept him in. Even when he "has his convulsions on stage" as Simon puts it, I think he's a hoot. It's funny when he holds back on a serious song, you can tell his just DYING to release that energy...LOL.
Katherine is great. She has a good voice, but I havn't seen her really try and change it up throughout the show. It's always some serious, kinda boring song. If she "pepped it up" a bit from time to time, I think she'd stand more of a chance. Right now, I think it's down to the guys to either make or break.
Paris I thought was great in the beginning. She definately has some pipes on her, and has a "knack" for being onstage. But the past few weeks she's just tried to over-do it. I really havn't found her to be enjoyable recently. I think she should be next to go, but hey, that's me. She may have a great week this week, so who knows.
I think for the most part, the results show have been dead on. EXCEPT for Mandissa. Sure she had one bad week, wasn't her best, but compared to some of the others, she really shouldn't have been booted. I'm sure given another week, she once again would've blown us away. She was my favourite of the females from the start, so I was quite peeved when she left. That was SO not right.

i love american idol! as yall may see i made a thread also:american idol. i like chris, elliot, and i love taylor!!!!!! ace was goodlooking but....... i didnt really like him that much. i wish bucky wouldve stayed! he was our country boy. kellie i didnt really fall 4 her! i think ALL the ones that are left are pretty good. dont rrally like katherine.

My two favorites........Chris and Mandesa. I can't believe she was voted off, I thought sure either her or Chris would win, and the other would be runner-up. I think Chris will win this year, but I see great things happening for the rest too.

I am enjoying this season, I feel the talent was way better this year than previous seasons. My favorite is Taylor, and my next is Chris. I just can't get into Elliot, it is just not my style. Paris is a great singer, but I don't see her winning. I think Chris will win, but Catherin will be second. Taylor will be third, Elliot forth and Paris will go home this week.

I think Catherine will win. I think she has the look, is gaining confidence and letting some personality show, and she really has a good voice. I really like watching Chris on the show, but I don't know if it would be in his best interest to be the winner.

I personally like watching Taylor the most. Paris, I do think is going home this week. She doesn't seem to appeal to a strong enough group of people. She looks teenish and pop culturish, but sings like an older woman. I like her, just don't think she fits the AI niche. I can't get into elliot's stuff either. I like him, i think he sings well ,just doesn't do much for me.

I try to watch it. I like the older guy I think it is just great they changed the age limits. He is entertaining has heck.

Taylor Hicks the HICK! LOL! he looks like an old guy but he can sing, I think he is 28 years old. Boy talk about premature graying LOL! He is cute though . I also think Katherine has a great shot at winning, I always forget about her because I focus more on the guys she does have an incredible voice.

I think all of the ones left are pretty good. But I think Paris will go this week. I really like Elliott, but he doesn't have the "look". I don't really like Taylor Hicks that much, I think he stole Joe Cocker's act! So actually I think it will go down to Chris and Katherine, and Chris will win.
