Does anyone enjoy watching these people making idiots out of themselves and thinking they actually can sing. I love watching this show, it is on for 2 hours tonight. Simon Cowell is a hoot and I love how blunt he is.

i cant stand that show, want to be famous, just add water! what happened to people that A. worked hard to get where they wanted to be or B. actually had something important to sing about. long live music from the 60's

I kinda enjoy the show. My daughter Samantha now 1 and 1/2 dances everytime the theme song comes on. It is a blast to watch her stop in her tracks and start dancing.

I like American Idol, but not until they weed the idiots out and get down to about 12 peole who can half-sing. I think we have forgotten about most of these people by now, but it is fun to watch. I also like Simon, although he is a bit rough sometimes, it would be boring without him on the show.

I like the beginning when all the bad singers are on. Its boring when all the good people are left.

Also...Does anyone else think Paula is a total weirdo? If you watch her and really listen to her comments, she's really off the wall

The beginning is my favorite part! I love watching the people who absolutely suck, but think they're brilliant. Can't wait to watch tonight.

I LOVE that show and always look forward to it's return. I think the good AND the bad are very intertaining and always make me laugh. Simon tells it exactly how he see's, and that's ok.....it's him! Randy seems to be a buffer between Simon and Paula, but I usually agree with Simons choices more than Randy's. Paula has been on pain meds. so much that sometimes she appears she's been drinking or on bad drugs. I like Paula dispite her seeming to be just a little "off" sometimes. She's a real sweetheart I do believe.

I like to watch all the idiots make fools of themselves too. I dont watch the rest of the show. Well, I guess i watche the last couple episodes too just to see who wins.

I don't like the beginning where all the crap singers audition. I'm so uncomfortable watching people make a fool of themselves that I just can't watch it. I guess I feel embarrassed for them.

I liked the American Idol we were shown down here, that was a lot of fun and I was glad when Fantasia won. Australian Idol was good the year before last, but this last one was awful and I couldn't watch it. They'll all fade into nothingness soon enough.

I Like American Idol : I just think that Paula and Randy now try to keep Simon under control. Which SImon is the reason I watch. I like people who are blunt and to the point. The only thing is the voting is just so stupid. Last year I tried it and was able to call in over 80 votes in one sitting. My hand was tired but how can that be fair. I think the show is a hoot!

But wait Cass, Kelly Clarkson is still going very strong even though she is the only one that has really made it far. I think she has an AWESOME voice. She seems as if she will be around for a long time.
But Rueben Studdard on the other hand.....I just don't see it.

Yeah, I was talking about last years Australian Idol.

I like Kelly Clarkson. She came to Aussieland completely unknown and most of us had no clue she was on this weird thing called American Idol. LOL Yet she's still made it here. She's huge.

Our first Aussie Idol is still going here. The runner up is even bigger than he is though. That seems to be the way it is here, the runner up does better than the winner. The '04 winner here has faded to nothing here, while the #2 is as popular as ever, and a few others from the top ten are going well too.

Last year, however...it was so very disappointing. Those ones will definately fade.

How are the other Idol winners and top 10 people doing over there? Anyone as big as Ms. Clarkson?

I just finished watching the people from Chicago what a bunch of wacko's that actually thought they sounded good. Man this country is getting crazy by the day, it is scary how many nuts are out there.

How about the deputy sheriff? No way was he serious. I think he must have lost a bet. I feel bad for some of the people because I think they are disturbed or mildly retarted, but if he is really a deputy sheriff he had to undergo personality tests.
