OC sleeps outside in his kennel but on very hot nights, or stormy nights I'll get him to sleep in the house with me and sometimes I let him sleep on the couch with me too (long after my parents fall asleep though shhhhhhh) He also sleeps inside the house when I've had a party and people are spending the night.

My Jacques sleeps with me, but the rest of my dogs sleep outside. I do try and let them inside, but they are extremely uncomfortable and want to go back out. The only two that will stay in all night are Sherwen and Neptune.

Luckily we have a King-size bed because both Winston, our Boston Terrier and Reggie, our Irish Wolfhound sleep with us

Brandy doesn't sleep with us. We only have a queen-sized bed, and it's tight enough with just DH and me. If Brandy stretched out, it would be like having a teenager in our bed, too!

Our dogs sleep outside. And before you hit me, they like it, they actually prefer it over being inside I think. The only time we let them sleep inside is when it's rainy or snowy.

My dogs sleep in the bedroom, but generally only Polly sleeps on the bed. Nadja has her own dog bed, and Tuni likes to sleep underneath the bed with the colony of dustbunnies.

I don't get why it's gross to have dogs sleep in the same room as you. I mean, it's not as though my dogs roll in poop or dead animals. Mostly. That often. Only when they can find them!

*cough*

Shelby sleeps on the bed with me most of the time. I work overnights so my wife goes to bed when I am getting up. Shelby normally sleeps on her dog bed at the foot of our bed or some random piece of furniture when it's just my wife in the bed. On my days off, when we are both in the bed, she will try to sleep on the bed, give use each dirty looks, then move to the floor.

my chloe girl(my larger dog, she is half lab, and some other stuff) is only 1 year old and she used to be in EVERYTHING if we let her out of the bedroom at night... but me and my boyfriend share a large twin size bed...don't let the word "large" fool ya! It's barely big enough for the 2 of us...so our chloe girl sleeps on the floor on a bunch of blankets that we piled up for her, our Lenny(the yorkie) sleeps on the foot of the bed or on the floor with chloe, just depending on what he wants to do! We recently got a new puppy the other day and she is 8 weeks old and very tiny, but she prefers the bed...she cries and cries, and nothing seems to work to keep her in the box or a crate...so until we get her a Kong toy she will be sleeping with us on the bed, and surprisingly enough she won't potty on the bed! So it's not so bad having her sleep on the bed, except that she woke me up at 5:30 this morning wanting to PLAY!! and so she kept biting my arms and my fingers trying to play...finally my boyfriend stuck his thumb in her mouth and she chewed on it until she fell asleep! This trick always worked with chloe!
