MARQ's HERE!!!

He has been home now for a few hours. When we first got home we had to introduce alll of the dogs seperately and individually in our front yard(nuetral ground). Poor Marq got pretty cold, so we rushed the meeting process for our nice dogs and got him inside adn threw the rest out for about 30 minutes. Once he got comfortable and was wondering around sniffing and wagging his tail we let one dog, one by one, into the house to meet him again, NOT on nuetral ground. Lol. The only dogs that had problems with him were Fudge, Brownie, and Misha. Misha was terrified of him(she was never socialized well to big dogs), but has now come around. Fudge wasn't exactly aggressive, but he was growling while meeting him(and wagging his tail at the same time). Brownie was actually perfectly fine with him in the front yard, but hates him since we brought him in the house. For now we have got Brownie in a crate when Marq is allowed to run loose in the house(with supervision), and Marq must stay in my room when it is Brownie's turn to be let out.

Okay, okay..I know..You want to see pictures!!!!

He really is SUCH a wonderful boy! He is such a cuddle-bug, but sure does have TONS of energy! He loves to rest his head in my lap when I am on the computer, that or drool on my key board! Lol

Right now he is sprawled out on my bed. He takes up the entire thing!! Lol. I'm going to have a crowded bed tonight!

AWww..he's so cute! I'll have to get more pics of him laying on my bed and of him carrying around his precious little stuffed unicorn! It is the cutest thing ever!

Ahh so cute I love Dane's they have such a loving personality and are just gentle gients. (from my limited exerience with 2 them)

Marq isn't a Dane. He is an English Pointer

(that is the fifth person today that called him a Dane! lol)

He's a very handsome young man, and seems to be very comfortable in the house already. I hope Brownie and Marq become best buddies. Your doing the right things I think.

i agree with all of the other posts-- he's a beautiful pointer, looks very happy, and the other dogs will like him eventually!! enjoy your new pooch!!
