Looky what I have! *img heavy*
We have a new little, or make that big visitor. Meet Princess Pearl, a very sweet Standard Poodle. She doesn’t look like a poodle with all the hair shaved off. She was just dropped off tonight by her former owners to be placed in Poodle Rescue. The owner was going to dump her at the pound but someone call the rescue before he did and since I lived close to him they brought her over to my home temporarily until I can bring her to her new foster home. With 4 poodles in the house from all sizes all I can say is that I’m in heaven. hehe! I’m so surprised on how well all the dogs are getting along. Even my fancy pants Kassie seems to love our new guest. She gave her a play bow! I hope Princess will find a wonderful forever home, she’s a doll!

Here she is when she first came in. Who ever groomed her before did a quick buzz job. Apparently her coat was quite neglected before someone shaved her. She almost looks like a lab. “lol” Her feet were still fuzzy with quite a few matts in them. And she was full of flea!


Here's after her bath and tidied up a bit and flea free!


Here are all the dogs toghether for a treat. Kassie looks like a muchkin next to her.

Now I'm off to bed. It's been a long night!

Giny she is lovely... How can people be so lousy as to just want to drop her at a pound. We sure need to have rules for people before they should be allowed to own a pet

She does look like a sweetheart... when I first saw the pic I didn't think she was a poodle lol... Seriously the things that people do are rotten but to be honest nothing like that suprises me anymore... Sigh

A-w-w-w....she's so sweet looking and she even sits! You should keep her. LOL. Well, if you don't get too attached, at least you'll find her a good home. That's a happy ending to a terrible story. How can anyone part with their dog like that? I can't understand it at all. Good for you for taking her in.

Sooo cute! I never was overly fond of poodles, but I really do love your's. I'm sure her coat will grow back quickly, and she's still adorable in the meantime! Bless you for taking her in. She'll be very happy with you, no matter how long you have her.
