Great work! I had to buy my dog a plastic one, haha. My dad is a carpenter....among other things(he does all different kinds of construction work). He always brags that he worked on Ed McMans house and all the hotels on the Florida coastline.

I haven't decided what I am going to do with the outside...
I could carpet it , like a subwoofer box , or paint it ... etc etc etc etc

It stands 14 inches high at the bowls , 16inches at the lip that circles the top for grabbing it..

The inside is hollow and the bowls can be picked up so you can store about 40 pounds of kibble inside..

I'm still not sure about the outside.. Noodles is a aggressive chewer and might one day decide to get to the kibble stored inside , so why paint it?

I would'nt carpet it. It would be hard to clean. Also if it gets wet it might mildew(and that probably wouldn't be good for the dog).

Today I put one 2 coats of polyurethane , and 1 coat of stain..
it looks pretty good IMO
