Does Your Dog Talk to you

Ok Im sure you will think I am wacky

, my family thinks so at times but I truly believe Rio talks to me. I mean like full converasations we have even when we are not in the same house or anything. He tells me everything that is going on ect... Sometimes he doesnt shut up either. I keep studying on animal communication and am fascinated by it since me and RIo talk all the time. Nicky sometimes comes through but communicating with him has been limited. Yet my brothers dogs also talk to me too! Are their any others out their that truly believe their pets talk with them just as we talk to each other. Im not talkjing body language Im talking talking mentaly to each other? I am so intrested to hear what anyone else has to say if their pets communicate with them. I know Im not alone?

I don't thinks dogs really know what they are saying to us when they are verbal, but I think they know it gets our attention. One of my Yorkies, Azrael, will come up to me when I'm on the computer or putting on make-up, or cooking and so on, and make all sorts of verbal noises when she wants to go out or eat.

I have heard of people with this gift. I don't think you are whacky!! On occassion, I can look at Elite, and get a mental image of what she is thinking, but nothing in words. Maybe I am blocking her out and I just don't know it! *wow, she must be really frustrated with me*

I do wish I had that gift. You are lucky!

Bigdoglover- when I first had Rio I didnt sense anything and then he was lost in Kennedy airport when we moved. They lost him and ever since that day he seems to be coming through to me loud and clear and like you said it mental images but it has gotten to a point its like full conversations. He tells me some intresting things. He loves to talk mental and bark verbally. At times I really do think Im nuts as my family does. Not that I walk around all day talking to him. But I can call him into the room at times not saying anything verbally. It's just plane wierd but Im glad you have communication going with your Elite. I read up on it somewhere and they said most people dont hear what their pet is saying because they are not open to it. I try to talk to all animals but it doesnt really work but a few I get images and stuff from. If its not true I guess a just a happy pet fruitcake.

LOL I am always open to new things. Some say I'm gullible, others think I am a complete weirdo. But why be close-minded? You never know what new things you might find out.

I would like to get to the point of holding full conversations with Elite!

Ours is more of a "trash talk", than a conversation. Somehow, they always make themselves understood, and you can DEFINITELY tell when they're trying to "yank your chain".

Actually Rio is just always concerned about what is going on around him. I always tell my husband spell things to me he doesn;t want Rio to know. If we talk about vacations RIo gets very upset with me, yet when we talk about trips him and Nicky will go on with us he is super excited to talk. Rio is a snitch he tells on his brother all the time. If Nicky would talk he could get back at him but Nicky isn't very open yet but Im working on him.

I am just trying to get a grip on what you are actually telling us you and him do. My pee brain is struggleing with this concept. L:OL

Well with RIo its almost like I have to worry about what he gets to see. Sometimes the news bothers him. Anything bad with animals and he just keeps asking why people do that to the animals. He will tell me when another animal is sad and why. Sometimes I play hide and seek with the dogs and Rio will find me and you can see him telling his brother Im not their and to go look for me downstairs. If you have ever seen your dog laugh Rio gets a kick out of pulling Nickys leg. He tells me what he wants to do: Like he likes going to my mothers and ask when he's going again. Sometimes I ask him if he wants to go and he will also say no. If I think Im getting sick, I ask him he is always right on the money better then my doctor. I have Graves Disease and get sick often so Rio is great for me so he lets me know when to slow down. Its not like when you have company over and sit in the living room and just chat the day away. But sometimes I say Rio come here Mommy wants to talk and he's very serious and jumps up on the couch and talks to me. Rio has a massive amount of toys and every toy has a name and he gets them by name his vocabulary is amazing. He would be the perfect dog if he didnt bark.. we discuss this all the time but he feels its his right to bark. Hence its wierd our communication but I love it. I saw his parents this weekend (Rio & Nicholas's real mother and Father in Las Vegas) I was told the mother was depressed and These dogs would not leave me alone: they kept asking about Rio & Nicholas who are real brother. Then when we got back Rio was asking about them. I showed Rio pictures of them but it made him sad to see his mother and Dad and his other brother Bongo. He keeps asking when he can go see them. But he said he doesn't want to go on a plane again because he was scared. Will let you know more what he says when I think of it cause he doesn't shut up: its either him or my alter ego!

Hmmmm, very interesting. No I have never heard of anything like this before execpt on TV and I thought it was fake.

What an interesting gift, So you can talk to some dogs, but not all?

Very few dogs infact can I talk too. I think more people talk with their animals then they realize. From doing some research on it, they say most people ignore what the pet is saying since they dont want to think they are talking to themselves. Sometimes my cousin comes through to me (She is alive) We have always been called kissing cousins since we are very intune to each other. My granmother could tell things. When my mother was marrying my Dad she told my mother not to go on her honeymoon, she just knew something was gonna happen I never got the whole story if she knew exactly what but she was very serious about them not going. My cousin died while she was on her honeymoon and my Grandma vowed she would never tell anyone anything again. Thats kinda spooky to me. But I dont think its so odd to talk with the dogs. How do you think they talk to each other all day. I can tell Rio and Nick talking all the time even when they are just laying down and maybe looking at each other.

Oh No I didnt think you were saying that. My Mom says that to me all the time. She says sure he talks to you. It's an odd thing I am trying to learn more about it myself. I have tried to even ask him winning lottery numbers and he just walks away from me. Haha guess I cant use my powers for personal gain but one day I'll get those numbers out of him I know he knows them.. ( Now that makes me sound crazy
