Talking Deal or NO DEAL!

Does anyone watch this show with Howie Mandell as the host. I love the show but man some of those people get WAAAY to GREEDY and it makes me sick. One girl just tonight turned down her highest offer of $299,000 and ended up leaving with only $25,000 because she got to greedy and was listening to her idiot friends and mother saying "keep going", "keep going", No DEAL! Her husband who was sitting in the audience looked so mad at her for not stopping at the $299,000 offer, he just sat there and kept shaking his head . Oh, one more thing, the girl was saying how her husband won't let her get a puppy and she has dreamed of owning one for so long. Well, her husband presented her on stage on public television with a PUGGLE in a basket . The good thing is, is that they didn't discuss the breed of the dog so unless you know your breeds you wouldn't have known then again how can you not know what one looks like after all the publicity they get as a "designer pocketbook" OOPs! I mean "dog" It would have been nicer if they had adopted a pup from a local humane society and gave them some credit on television and a donation to the shelter. But, I guess only in a perfect world would that happen .

Greg and I watch the show, on and off.....he always says "No Deal" because "I came with nothing...what do I have to lose?" lol

However, $299,000 is way to much to pass up....I don't think Greg could let that one slip away!! And I agree about the puppy issue....I liked on the Price is Right how Bob would always have pups from the local shelters on.

I watch that show down here, we have an Australian version. I love it but find myself hoping they lose. Must be the evil in me.

How much is the largest amount they can win?? $299,000 is WAY over our top number. The most they can win down here is $200,000 and almost no one ever does. The other night, in fact, a woman left with nothing. lol

Cass.

The most they can win here is $1 million dollars Cass. I think the most anyone has won so far was $494,000.

Deal or No Deal

I occasionally watch it here in the UK and love it when the person wins 1 pence

Puggles, aggghhhh, nearly as bad as Labradoodles! Have to agree why didn't they get one from a shelter that needs loving, not a dog that just puts money into peoples pockets who are only interested in the money and not the poor dogs!

Yeah I agree I'm pleased he's made a comeback too. It's a shame that he's been away from the screen for so long.

Sullysmum, thought I recognised your signature :d
