I hate when people don't pick up after their dogs. There are times that I forget a bag, but I alwyas make Mandi poop where no one walks. I REALLY hate it when they have a yards, but they walk over to near where your house is, and let their dog poop there, leaving you with the mess. I also hate having to dodge poop when I am outside! On the other hand, there is nothing they can do about it, unless they have someone follow all the dog walkers around.
