Call the attorney general's office. Petsmart is breaking the law by not taking care of that. It is a Labor and Industries responsibility. You can also call them. (if that's the organization in your particular state.) I'd just skip all that and ask the attorney general's office. They're good.

ok so i called corporate headquarters... a VERY nice lady called me back and told me what was going on... the collection agency wouldnt talk to them because they werent me.. (they wouldnt talk to anyone but me, not a fiance .. only maybe a husband or parent if i were under 18) anyway... long story short i called the collection agency gave them verbal permission to talk to petsmart headquarters... and it is supposed to be taken care of. i believe the woman. and if she is lying... well i have all their numbers, names and jobs.. so ... if this doesnt work out i will get a lawyer. but as of now.. it looks like they will take care of it! and if she didnt call me back today i was going to call the labor industries tomorrow.. (looked that up earlier) so thank you very much carrie for your help and ideas. i really appreciate it

sounds like someone is going to carry the ball now. You shouldn't need a lawyer if it doesn't go. That's what the attorney general is for....stuff like this that is plainly the law that when you get hurt on the job, labor and industries is suppose to pay for it.
