It still surprises me...Two chicks hatched in a 24 hour time frame... So this means that SOME of the eggs are fertile, and I need names!
For Clutch #1, I used a fruit theme and made it into alphabetical order. Thus, Lemon and Lime had a son, Apricot. I've decided to keep fruit names only for LemonxLime chicks because then I know the parents of each chick. This clutch is fathered by Alex and the mother is Lime. They are budgerigars and Alex is a Dominant green pied and Lime is a greywing grey-green. I left my camera at somebody else's house so I won't be getting that back until nighttime. I will have pics up by tm, hopefully. In the meantime, I'm glad for any and all name suggestions. ![]() |

Thanks!
I'm going to keep one as a pet only so I need to use the letters "p", "b", "s", and "t" and the wonderful "e". There's been documentary stating that budgies respond better to the above letters, so what about Pebble? I thought it was cute ![]() |
