You must be very young.

If you mean all time favorite, mine is Gone With The Wind...hands down. I also love; To Kill a Mockingbird, Pic-Nic, Somewhere Over the Rainbow, Beaches, Lonesome Dove, Legends of the Fall and a few more of course, but those are what comes to mind first.

Waking Life is by far my all time favorite movie. I'm in love with it, which is odd because I complained about being made to watch an animated movie.

After that, The Princess Bride is wonderful.

The Princess Bride. It was my favourite movie as a child, and it still makes me roar to watch.
I have been banned from watching it with certain friends though, cause I have a habit of quoting the darn thing from beginning to end! HAHA.

But, I have about 300 movies.......and a lot those are favourites too.
IT, the Aliens movies, A Walk To Remember, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Primal Fear, The Ghost and the Darkness, The Shawshank Redemption, Dragonfly........really, ther are sooooooo many I love.
I won't list em all though......I'd take up pages and pages...haha.

My all time favourite movie is Kill Bill: vol 1 & 2 (I count them as one because they were originally suppose to be only one movie but it was too long so Tarantino split it up into two.

After that we have...in no particular order.

-One Hour Photo
-American Beauty
-Punch Drunk Love
-Closer
-Sin City
-The Constant Gardener
-Matilda
-In the Cut
-Best in Show (of course! lol)

EDIT: Swiftwind, you just reminded me of two I can add to my list 'American Psycho' & 'Requiem for a dream'.

There are others, but that'll do for now.

Cass.

I can only watch "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" with fellow quoting participants! I'll drive non-MP's nuts with my excitement. I think for what it cost to make "it", (stop saying the word!), it has the most laughs, visual goodies, and quotable lines of just about any other movie out there.

I'm a real film buff actually. I just thought of another bunch that I love. LOL
-May
-Ginger Snaps
-Bottle Rocket
-The Royal Tenenbaums (probably spelled that wrong )
-The Life Aquatic (think I'll watch that again today LOL )

RBW...you're right, there are SO many good movies. I don't think I could list them all here.

Oh, 'Spirited Away' is wonderful too. I really want to see Howls moving castle as well.

Cass.

EDIT: LOL I think I'm going to be constantly editing these posts...I keep remembering movies. The Life of Brian is fantastic...love it, LOVE it! "He's not the messiah! He's just a very naughty boy."

No one has mentioned Lord or the Rings or Star Wars. I love those! What about the Hunt for Red October, or Willow, or Jaws, or The River Runs Through It, or the Shinning, or Erin Brocovich, or The Godfather, or Saving Privat Ryan, or Schindlers List & Titanic, to name just a few more.
