Has anyone read...

Has anyone read the Anita Blake Vampire Hunter novels written by Laurell K. Hamilton? My friend got me hooked on them about a month ago or so and I can't stop reading them! They are now one of my new favorite books. They have the action, the mystery, the suspense, the fantasy, and the romance in them that I love in all of my books. Plus they are sooooooo well written. I love the way she describes things and dives into her character's attitude.
(I would be blabbing on and on about my favorite characters, but since I don't know if anyone has read them, it would be kind of pointless now, don't cha think?)
So has anybody else on here read them?

Never heard of them. Perhaps you should add one or two of your favourites to our fiction suggestion threads in the bookclub forum, that way we might all be able to read one together.

Yes, I also liked those books. I like the horror/suspence/fantasy aspect, not really some of the romance portions of some of the books. It has been awhile since I reread one, so I'm a little hazy on details. I haven't caught the new one Micah yet. Is it good?

hhhmmmm....they sound interesting. I like the Ann Rice books, are they along the same lines as the Vampire Chronicles?

Ya, I heard that if you like the Ann Rice books that you'll like these. After I'm done with this series I'm going to start reading the Ann Rice books.

I haven't read Micah yet, I'm still on Narcissus in Chains. Getting toward the end of it though. (And yes, I do agree, the romance parts could be a little less, but oh well, nothings perfect).
My favorire character is Juan-Claude. lol You just can't not like him. And then I also like Edward...cold blooded heartless assain that finally settled down with a family. Who would have thunk.
