You don't mess with my Lab!
Once I brought May (s chocolate lab) to visit with my pastor and his family. This family has a black miniature poodle named Casey. Now, Casey is a little bossy...."ruff ruff ruff! RUFF! ruff RUFF" All of that
. So May and Casey were just running around playing. Casey had a gigantic tennis ball in his mouth, and he suddenly decided that Mayberry was doing something wrong . So he starts barking. Well, apparently May had had enough of that little brat bossing her around so she just turns around, looks down at this little poodle and goes, "GRR!!!" Looks at me with a sweet little expression as if nothing had happened. "Everything is settled now." Casey was very surprised.NOTE: May has only growled about five times (I've had her for quite a few years). |

A-w-w-w....May was trying so hard to be a good sport. But one can tolerate just so much. LOL. It's funny how they settle things between them. My Lab puts up with a lot. But she does bark at Lyric, my Dobe pup when he keeps bothering her to play. He can be a real pest.
