OMG the funniest thing happened today!

Well, I found a tee-tiny tick on Sarge's butt, so I figured, time to break out the spray. Denali HATES it... if she even smells it she freaks out, let alone seeing the bottle makes her run outside. It's the Adams spray for flea, tick and mosquito repellent. Well, I had to wrestle with Nali to be able to spray her, and once I was done, she does her normal ritual of getting the zoomies, and starts to rub all over the couch. Well, she started doing it on the floor, and she was rubbing her face and howling really loud. LOL Like she was pissed off. I know it doesn't hurt her, because she does this even when I haven't sprayed her, and I'm spraying Sarge. She just smells it goes nuts.

But I thought it was so funny! I think each time she does that, I yell "OMG!" and see if I can give her a command for it.. hehe..

...Not only that, she then goes outside and starts to rub in the dirt... BRAT!

We have a "jealous child" thing that our dogs do.

Aurora HATES if anyone gets attention over her. If it's one of the other dogs she muscles her way between us and barks and whines. If Eric and I hug she barks and runs around. Warning of too much info ahead...when we are engaging in certain "bedroom activities" Aurora jumps on the bed and sits right by my head...it's HISTERICAL! Though sometimes Eric isn't impressed!!!

Now Daisy is a little more slick about stealing love from Aurora. Daisy will go over to the toy box and get something out...a bone, toy. She'll act like she's totally into it to get Aurora jealous. Then when Aurora runs over and takes it from her....Daisy will jump up on the couch...or where ever we are....and steal Aurora's spot.

We sure as heck don't give them enough credit for their intelligence!!

when Buster was a tiny puppy (rescued at 4 weeks and hand reared) we were decorating at home and he was 'helping'. Theres me and the boyfriend wrestling with wallpaper when we hear this really pathetic whine.

We turn around and there's our very sheepish puppy sat in a bucket of wallpaper paste, covered from ears to tail. He couldn't get out of the bucket because it made his fur so heavy and he was such a tiny scrap of a pup.

It's making me smile now just thinking of my paste puppy, and the 'for god sake mummy hurry up and get this off of me before someone see's' look he gave us.

What he lacked in stature back then, he made up with his heart.

I realize this is an older thread, but I'm new to these forums and just came upon this. Oh my, I'm howling with laughter at these posts! I'm trying not to giggle too loud as everyone else in the house is sleeping.

I saw an earlier post about dragging "unmentionables" out when company is over... well, horror of horrors, it's happened to me. My sweet, darling little Cragar for some reason loves my underwear. Not my boyfriend's, just mine. So my boyfriends parents are over one night and Cragar comes ripping out of the bedroom with a pair of underwear he stole out of the dirty laundry basket. I was mortified! We all got a good laugh, though.

The other thing he does on a regular basis that cracks me up to no end is he sniffs his farts. I'm not kidding. He'll pass gas, then bend around to sniff his butt. After thoroughly sniffing the area, he looks up at us sheepishly, like "sorry, but I had to do it". Our standard reply is to pat him on the back and say, "that's ok, everybody farts", then he lays back down. Even funnier, though, is that if someone in close proximity to him passes gas, he still sniffs his own butt, then looks at you like "wasn't me!". The first time he did that I laughed until I had tears rolling down my face.

LOLOL! Too funny!

Sheiba has started an odd but funny habit. She tries to pee on bushes.. She'll lift her leg, and stand on her tippy toes... LOL
