Well, aside from being a web mogul, I also partake in the wonders of internet selling. Recently, I ordered several computer parts from a discount chain of suppliers located in Ukraine (former Soviet Union)...I paid using my paypal account, which is registered in the name of my business, Royal Quincy Productions.
A month later, when the package finally arrived, it was too large to deliver to the house, and thus we were called out to pick up the package at our local post office. As I arrived, my mother was with me, as she was the only one who could sign for it, as my IDs were registered in my name, and at a different address. Mother slapped down her ID, and asked for the package. Minutes later, the elderly woman returned with a gurney filled by a large box with Russian mixed with broken English written on the label. Needless to say, a large box with Russian writing and an address given as "Royal Quincy" probably raised some eyebrows. Well, the woman spun the gurney around to our side of the counter, and looked blankly at my mother...then asked if she was Royal Quincy. "No...", my mother replied. "Well, does Royal Quincy live at your address?" "Um...yes...yes he does, and he certainly acts like a king" And with that, I dragged my package out of the post office, with some rather odd looks following me. As we returned, Mother mentioned that this will be the day she remembers as the day she signed a package in the name of her dog. -QW |

). They were mainly a bunch of network cards...a lot of them. People don't care about the brand if it costs next to nothing. You get what you pay for I suppose. Not that I am cheating anyone or anything, the quailty of the products are ok, I suppose they will last a few years...and I told every buyer about the unknown quality. Most of the people I sell to are other middlemen. |

I wish I knew how to put my animated gifs which I have stored in my pictures. I have just the perfect one. Sometimes pictures speak better than words. Hee hee hee. That is a terrific story!
