Our golden retriever gets muddy
We have a doggy door for our dog maxx but he likes to play in the rain and rolls around in the mud at night than runs in the house with his muddy paws.
What are some solutions he's around 8 months old |

The only thing I can think of is close the doggy door when it is raining so he has to ask if he wants in or out. My sister has a pile of towels by the door and she wipes her dog down and cleans her paws before her dog is allowed to come in. Her dog knows the routine and will pick up each paw to be wiped off and stands politely until she gets her release command.
