The best of luck to you at your appointment! The names you picked out are very nice....can't wait to see the little face that goes along with one of those names! Babies are SO much fun, but I'm glad I'm at the point where I can play with them and spoil them, and send them back home. hehe My daughter is 22, and my step-daughter is almost 12, then we have the 5 dogs. That's quite enough!! LOL

Keep us posted, please!!

Its actually a lot of pressure. You figure they are pretty much stuck with the name you give them forever.
You have to consider possible nicknames, etc.
In our case I have to consider the length of the first name too. My husbands first name is sooo long his license says W. E. Fairchild (Emily is short enough mine has my full name). But so If I make my childs name too long what it going to go on their license. I had wanted Mackenzie Rose as her middle name- but then her License would say M R Fairchild. I cant do that to her...

Aw. Mackenzie Rose is a beautiful name!

My niece that was just born is named Alexandra Dare Pitchford. I guess that Alexandra Dare has something to do with an indian princess. Not entirely sure..

Name picking is probably so hard! But I bet it's a lot of fun putting different names together

I had a name all picked out for our daughter that I just loved, but the closer it came to her arrival, I completely changed my mind, so be prepared to fall in love with a different name later.

This is one of fun things about pregnancy. I'm glad I get to enjoy it vicariously, without the morning sickness and the bladder kicks.

I love the names you have picked out. Like you said, only you and your husband's opinions matter, so it's easy enough to ignore nay-sayers (who shouldn't have a say at all ). The only criticism you should take into consideration is constructive--like a nickname you may have missed. LOL

Funny story...My parents named my sister Laura because there is "no" nickname for it (same with my name (which isn't Kalena, but a form of it), and my brother's nicknames were limited and decent. lol). Since I was about 12 I started coming up with at least 10 different nicknames for my sister, and to this day I call her Lue (pronounced like "Loo" with cute spelling, of course ), among other things (like off the wall, "Lubes"). It was my torture tool growing up, and an affectionate endearment now, since I am the ONLY one allowed to call her Lue. You know what they say... The best laid plans...

My neighbours just had their baby a week ago. They had decided to wait to find out the sex of the baby, turns out they had a little girl! She's so darling! I love when they're brand new!

Loved the belly pictures! post more!

cute, cute, cute!! i love pregnant belly pictures. we're done and i do miss the fun parts of being pregnant! btdt 7x...now we're concentrating on furry babies

good luck and i hope it's a very boring pregnancy!! (as one who is so hypoglycemic moving uses too much sugar! standing up takes too much sugar.) rest well and enjoy every second.

Wow! I see you're enjoying your pregnency. I loved being pregnent. I think I didn't show any signs outwardly until I was about 6 months along. LOL. The kicking is the coolest thing, isn't it. Well, best wishes for you. Mackenzie Rose is a very pretty name. I love Emily too. Hee hee hee. That's my daughter's name. (Emily Jane) Have fun at your appointment!
