wake up...
Kino sleeps on our floor at night. Hes learned that if he has to go to the bathroom that if he puts his front paws up on our bed it wakes me up, then I can wake up my fiance to take him out.
Well I had monday off of work so I got to sleep in ( I usually wake up at 5am). My fiance took him out when he got up but brought him back up to our bedroom when he left so he could wake me up when he had to go out again. Well usually when Kino jumps up to wake me up I can feel it. This time he did it ever so softly, I never moved, I never felt him jump up. So he starts tapping me on the side with his paws. I fetl it but didnt want to move...so he did it again, just a little harder. tap tap tap...on my side...it was soo cute. So I moved the blaket and looked at him. He ran to the door and my day started. |

Aww! Too cute!
Sheiba bites your hands and toes and barks at you when she needs to go out. Sarge never wakes me up... even when he's 'sick' he won't come to wake me up to let him out... then I have a mess to clean up |

Bailey jumps up and down on my head at 5am. She jumps really high, with all four feet in the air and lands square on my head over and over again until I get up. I wish I could get her to sleep until 8am....that would be nice!

When I first met the women who is now my wife it was just me and my dog Stanley. I was a grubby student at the time, so couldn't afford the heating, so me and Stan used to sleep in bed together at night! It was very cute, but gave the wrong impression to him that he was above his station!
Anyway, now we live in a fairly nice house and have spent o a lot on furniture etc so we built the three of them (yes, I got 2 more once the wife joined the pack!) a huge garage outside with lighting and mains electricity so we could heat it for them! Even their beds are raised off the floor on wooden slats to avoid any ground floor drafts or damp. The floor is tongue and groove with damp proof underlay. I've never known dogs to get such royal treatment. |
