I'm here. I'm just visiting my mother and sister for the week. It was my nephew's 5th birthday on the 24th.
I thought I'd have daily access to the internet so I didn't mention it. Turns out they'd both decided to drag me around town with them instead and my nephew keeps complaining that the internet isn't fun unless I'm looking up pictures of spiders.
I'll try to jump online when I can in the next few days before I come home.

Weird how I decided to check in and see how things are here and I saw the thread about Cass. I was worried that something might have happened to Jesse so I clicked on it. And here we are!

I've been out and about with Gizmo, it's been nice and cool out so it's great to be outside. Trying to get my fill before the great white north becomes... well the great white north! lmao. How has everyone been? Enjoying what's left of summer?

Labour Day already next week. Where does time go?

We're great!

Gizmo has finally figured out what squirrels are. You should see him trying to tear after one once he's seen it. I didn't think little dogs could run so fast! Now when I ask him "Where's the squirrel???" he automatically goes to a tree and looks up to the branches. It's so adorable.

I was wondering if he was going to ever figure out what they were!

I'd like to see him chase after one in a few inches of snow. What a guy!! Glad your back.........I missed you! Also glad you and Gizmo are ok and enjoying the first part of fall. Fall is my most favorite time of year, so I'll be taking some long drives, when we have ours, to soak up the beautiful colors. Wish I could go to Vermont though.
