Some people make me so angry

On another message board I go to a lady bred her dog which she says is a "pug, terrier and pitbull" mix. No telling what the father is... She bred the dog on purpose and when I asked her why she bred a MUTT she got very rude and said that her dog wasn't a mutt.

So exactly what does she call a dog of mixed heritage then? Let me guess....with those breeds is it some new so called "healthier" type of Bulldog??

A shame that she's adding to the population for all the wrong reasons.

Maybe Crossfire was right. If she was not agreed with being called mutt, but what would she gonna call?

Oh ok. It is actually on a bird message board so I don't think alot of people on there understand that it isn't good to breed mutts together so they end up defending her. I have just given up on the thread.

Sometimes, in effort to educate, it's better to use sugar-coated terms rather than in-your-face ones.

Once they're on the defense there's no room for educating them, so sometimes it's better and easier to be sickingly sweet about things (which doesn't mean leaving out facts or swaying them to sound good--it's all in terminology and the way--the equivalent of a tone-- you say it

).

I hate that some people are still that ignorant! Ugh! Good for you for trying.

I'm the same way... regardless of how many times I've said it before, I'll always say it again and again. I mean, there's no harm in enlightenment, is there? ha ha ha.

In all seriousness though, good for you for trying to say something. Too many people just turn a blind eye to a very bad problem/situation.
