First of all, those do NOT look like Chihuahuas to me.....more like Papillon/Chi/Dumbo the Elephant/rat mixes .

you: And I thought Albino Boxers (BXRs 2 and 6) often have a problem with deafness. Why would you breed dogs that are often deaf?

We have been breeders and consultants for over 10 years. We work extensively with a small group of dedicated breeders to produce the finest t-cup, tiny, toy and standard size puppies. I recommend acting dumb, LOL! Gradually at questions, comment on how their "rare" breeds are so "cute".....flatter the guy.

WOC makes me sooooooooo mad!!!! I have a hard time acting dumb. They tick me off too fast for that. I flew of the handle in that conversation and said, " Am I to take your sceilence as 'I don't know what Ori-Peis are and I've never heard of health testing?'
Then I said, ' I take that as a yes. Puppy Mill!!!

I've got to learn how to controll my temper.....lol

I understand completely. It's hard for me too....the more I know about these idiots that angrier I become. Probably the only conversation with them that I debated in was with "Maija". Got into a big argument...she says their puppies are "healthy," their vet has "travelled all over the world" and is "one of the best in the country".....PSH! I tell you I would never even let that idiot LOOK at my dogs or he'd be dead meat.

Oh my fricken Lord!!! What in the heck did they do to the poor thing?!?!? And they are sellling it for almost 1000 bucks!
I thought I'd look at the site just to see, and man I shouldn't have!!! I'm so ticked right now it isn't even funny!!! Although I did start laughing at the idiocy of these people when they labled a Boxer a "rare color" because she was a solid Brindle. So does that mean Rose is rare? I was also laughing because in the Rotties they are selling they are boasting about "one champion in the pedigree!" These people are so stupid it is scary...And this is supposed to be a Shiba too.....

1. I thought they found breeders off of google....
2. if they just have a small group, they are producing a freaking large amount of pups!

Rrrrrrr.... I don't know why I ever look at WOC, it just upsets me. The Bostons look like they've been squeezed too hard. Ugh.

Speaking of Shibas in WRONG places, I went in the mall's petstore the other day (stupidly) and saw a beautiful female in a cage. I wanted to buy her just because she was in the TOTALLY wrong place (but of course, I don't have what I need to own a dog like that). When I asked a worker about her just out of curiosity, she was shocked that I even knew what breed she was. She said most people thought they were mixes or some other breed (obviously they get Shibas often). Shows how much most people really know when asking about a cute pup in a petstore, before they think about the repercussions of buying one.

I should have never clicked that link, this is so sickening it makes me want to puke. I just pray that someone stops them and saves these poor dogs, they look so sick and skinny.....I wasn't aware of these people before but if there is anything I can do to help stop these guys I will someone please tell me what I can do! poor babies!

and what exactly is a "micro" Schnauzer their is no such thing! and they are trying to sell it for 2500.00 dollars.....what the hell.....oh my god this is just sick and wrong.....UGH why do people do this!!!!

Angel_baby, the people that do this are the ones who are greedy and uncaring. They prey on the customer that knows nothing about dogs, and the petshops willing to buy from them. They could care less about the dog's health and well-being, or who it goes to. All they see are $$$$$$$, and to them, thats all that matters. It's a sick situation, and hopefully one day, all puppy mills and byb's will be shut down.

The new Giant Schnauzer I am getting is a rescue, of sorts. Someone imported her from the Czech Republic, and decided they didn't like her, for whatever reason. She has never been groomed, and is matted to the skin. Her ears were cropped (she is 2 1/2 now) and they were done too short. Plus, she has soooo much hair that my husband couldn't even find her ears in the beginning. All he could say to me on the phone was "Honey, you have got to help this dog. She is like velcro on me, and is real sweet, but I know these matts are hurting her." I wanted to cry. He said her beard looked like dred-locks and the hair on her rear end is sooo matted that she stinks. He is doing his best to hurry home....but he can only go so fast!! I can't wait til she gets here though!!

But my point is that a lot of people just don't care. "It's just a dog." is what I hear most often. Makes me sick, too.

Good luck with the new schnauzer. Good on you for helping her, although I know no body here could turn down that cry for help. Poor thing. I hope you'll post some pictures when she's all groomed and happy at home.

As for WoC. The worst thing about places like that is that celebrities buy from them and what celebs buy...the public wants. Problem is, celebs are just as dumb (if not more so) when it comes to dogs as most of the public is.
