Well I haven't gone to the bathroom alone for quite sometime that's #1 or #2. That's kind of annoying, especially when there are people over and the door gets pushed open.

Violet thinks she needs to help me wash my hair.....In the mornings I sit on the edge of the tub and wash my hair in the running water. Violet jumps in the tub and uses her paws to kneed and paw at my hair. First she helps with the soap, then she keeps it up until it is all rinsed. It is the funniest thing.

She will be sleeping but the minute the water is turned in she races to the bathroom and waits for me to bend over and hang my hair in the tub.....what a little helper.

Jasmine is just TERRIBLE when on a walk if she sees a squirrel. It is all I can do to hold on to the leash and sometimes she gets her feet tangled up in mine and I fall down. She just gets soooo excited she won't listen or obey at all if a squirrel is in site. I have to plan our walking route so we hopefully won't see any.

Bailey will push the computer chair across the house and use it to climb up on the counters, looking for food. She will also flip over laundry baskets and push them around and use it as a step to get up on things. We sit there and watch her work so hard at pushing the laundry basket from the bedroom to the dining room...front legs up and pushing while her short little back legs slip in the hardwood floors. She can spend an hour getting it just perfect to where she can jump up on the table and I walk over and pick up the basket and put it back in the bedroom. She stares at me, sneezes a few time and then sighs. I'm so mean!

Lucy " talks " to me when I have a handful of treats and we practice obedience. When I give her the down command she grumbles, whines, and sings her heart out while she flattens herself into the floor, tail thumping the whole time, waiting for the treat. She even has her head down on the floor and all legs straight out like she can't get down any farther. When I leave the room she gets louder and louder. I can't even make it to three minutes before I have to release her and give her the treat. It's the cutest thing ever.

Harley chews up her pillow and then tries to push the mess under our bed to hide it. We keep catching her pushing the cotton under the bed with her front paws and she will eventually get the whole pillow under there. We have to buy a new pillow for their bed
almost every month because Harley kills it in the middle of the night. She can't help herself. I'll watch her and say " Ahhh" when I catch her starting on the corner and she looks away like she wasn't doing anything. In a minute she is looking sideways at me and chewing on the corner again with her tail wagging. I have to put the pillows in the closet when I leave the house or I'll find it shredded and under the bed or couch when I get home. Again, it's the cutest thing! LOL!!

Bailey is a smart one all right. She gives us the most grief for sure. I have to have a checklist before I leave the house to make sure chairs are locked up and doors are closed or I'll find stuff knocked over on the table and counters. A few months ago she knocked over the bottle of dish soap on the counter and the whole bottle dripped on the floor. It took hours to clean it up because of course it kept suddsing when I mopped it. That kitched floor was cleaner than the day it was installed! I was mowing the lawn when it happened and didn't use my checklist.

I know it was her and not the cat because I found the computer chair in the kitchen and blue Bailey paw prints on the counter. Not to mention blue Bailey paw prints on the couch, carpet, and arm chair too. Good grief!

Yeah its great isn't it? Our apartment isn't overly big and if someone is walking from the kitchen to the living room they walk right past the bathroom. I'm standing there during a football party getting rid of some extra fluids. Everyone is in the kitchen grabbing more stuff to drink and my dog decides she needs to be with me. What could I do? I just waved.

I could go on about this for days I think. She's strange. Usually when nobody is over, I don't even close the door, what good does it do? So I thought I could sneak in there during the football party, yeah right. BUt anyway, normally she just walks in right with me and stands on my right side, which is unusual for her, and stares up at me. Until of course I get things out and ready to go, then she stares intently at the toilet bowl. It's so strange t me. Maybe I'm just really strange, but sometimes I like to see how long she'll stare, i've stood there up to a minute without so much as a glance back at me. Then as soon as the stuff hits the water she turns and sits in the doorway.

Ok, I"m done. I'll spare you guys anymore of our bathroom antics.

Oh my Kaide. He has so many of these things! However, i wont list all of them...

-At 2:45 everyday, he starts running around by the door, and about knocking me straight to the floor with excitment when i say "well, lets go!" ( knowing its time to go get his daddy from work)

-How I basically have to DRAG him outside when its raining so he can go potty, and also how he makes me walk through the puddles so he can go around them. *lol* What a brat!

-How every morning at 6:00am when he see's im going back inside the apartment while hes still in the yard he takes off sprinting right for me (boxers are very very fast, and Kaides long legs dont help that) as fast as he can then right when he gets to where hes about to him me, swerves around me. I still pretty much scream everytime...after a year of this everyday.

Everyday, I take the dogs for a very long walk/run around the property before work. Everyday, they wander off the trails a little bit (always keeping an eye on my position). Everyday, when the decide I have gotten too far away the come barreling at me full speed ahead. Everyday, I close my eyes and bend my knees waiting for impact. Everyday they both zoom right past me, spin around when they are about 20 feet past, turn and stare as if to say " come on mom, geez your soooo slow"
