I made a min pin too. I couldn't believe they left it out, yet they put stupid things like schnoodles and goldendoodles in it.

I also changed the Black Russian Terrier into the 'toy russian terrier' and added a large version of it to the large dog section as it's correct breed. I couldn't believe they had it in the small dog section next to Bostons and Chihuahuas. lol

I created the Gordon, English, Irish & Irish Red&White Setters and also a Kelpie. Oh and a Lakeland Terrier. Hmm...what else did I make. I'll have to get some pictures of them all for you to see (I keep saying that but it's a pain not being able to find my in-game photos and having to use screen caps...I'll get around to it eventually).

How did you make the Yorkie? Is there anyway to get longer hair?

Oh I made a tortoiseshell cat, an Australian Mist and a Bengal cat as well. And a cat that looks like a fox...I call it the 'Australian Foxtail'.

Cass.

Awesome! I bookmarked it. I'll try to get my game fixed so it recognises my connection it'll make it easier on everyone, I think, if the stuff is uploaded on the official site.

I finally found my in-game photos! So here are some other pets I created or added to my families. Sorry the quality is crappy, but because I couldn't find my photos I didn't bother changing the photo quality in the game. I will do so next time I'm playing though so you can see better.

Here are the first litter of Canis Panther pups.

Both boys, Gotti & Lefty. Aren't they just so tiny and cute?

Here is the kennel I set up for them.

The only reason I did this is because I was having a lot of trouble training Capone (the blue adult) to pee outside. So confining him and the pups to the yard forced him to pee outside and I could then get the sim to praise him for it. Worked a treat. I'll keep the run there for future litters.

Here is that bimbo I was talking about, with her two dogs (she has four now) the white one is a Schnauzer x Poodle and the other is a Chihuahua.

The Chi loves to sleep on the bed (and on the furniture).

And here are two of the four pups the Chi gave birth too. They're adults now and are probably the ugliest dogs I've ever seen. This is a terrible picture, but I'll try and get a better one of them for you. They all look the same except that one of them has a docked tail (one that was adopted out).

EDIT: Oops, I forgot to add my cat lady, Ms. Serval. She only has two right now but will be adding more to her home in the future.

Yay! So glad you'll be playing it on Saturday. You'll spend HOURS on it, I'm sure.

I've got all the EPs. Although I hate University. Probably the worst idea they've had. Or maybe it's not so bad as a whole, just that they stay WAY too long in uni. I get so bored with it I end up quitting or going to a different neighbourhood to play.

What EPs have you got?

Cass.

Unfortunately I don't think I'll have much time to play it today, I'm so busy! I don't actually have the game right now, but will probably get it in two hours, yay!

The only EP I have is Open For Business (which I quite like). Would you recommend getting any of the others?

Just wondering. The only ep I have now is pets. Do the eps have to be loaded in a certain order or can you load them out of order?

The other EPs are worth getting. The University ep...which I hate, has good features too. It allows you 6 wants and a few new careers which you can only get if you go to Uni.
Nightlife is fantastic and gives you a whole new downtown neighbourhood to explore. I recommend both, but Uni...like I've said a thousand times, is a pain in the butt. You'll be in fast forward mode throughout the whole experience.

The Family Fun Stuff & Glamour Packs are really buggy though and aren't a good idea to buy. I've heard never ending horror stories from people who's games have been ruined by them.

You do have to load the EPs in order unfortunately. Another pain in the behind, but that's EA games for you.

Ok..here are some more pictures. I thought I'd do something creepy and create two of my favourite Global Pawers (and their pets) in my Summerland neighbourhood. Hehehehe...so here they are.

**I can't be 100% accurate so this is as close as I could get**

BritishBandit and her Rottweilers, PJ (standing) & Tysa.

Sniffing each other out the front of their new home.

BB...I didn't create Chubby or Bandit because four pets is SO difficult to look after and I'm not that great at the game, yet. They are forthcoming though.

Maziedog, his cat Trucker and his dog...Mazie!

Also having a sniff outside their new home. Hehehe

OMG...who's this??? It can't be ME can it? Why yes it is..well, ok she's better looking than me (and probably taller) but that's as close as I could get to me (that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it ).
And look who else is there with me...it's Jesse James! And my beloved cat Grimalkin (who sadly passed away a few years ago).

NOT sniffing each other...at last two pets who can keep their noses to themselves. LOL

Cass.

Thank you for the descriptions. I don't think I want university..I definalty want nightlife and maybe open for business. I wasn't planning on getting the stuff packs. lol I love your families you created. I created two of my dogs so far. I haven't attempted lucy or Zoe yet. I just made Gracie and Maggie. Have you noticed the bugs in the game? One I noticed is if you breed a small dog and a large dog together all the babies born are complete clones of the mother and don't even have the father in their family tree. (this happened both with breeding a large female to a small male and a small female to a large male) Also I gave some adult dogs to townies and they just became strays and started visiting my house every day lol. Then they stopped visiting all together and disapeared. My sims still had wants to teach them tricks and adopt them though.

I do love the fact that each dog has one master that it loves the most. I always try to have each person in the family have their own dog that is bonded with them the most.
I was experimenting with my game yesterday and made a gigantically fat dog with very long floppy ears and a very skinny dog with huge tall ears they are taller than he is. I have pictures of both that I will post later.

I haven't done much breeding and I've only bred dogs of the same size together. So I didn't know about that bug. I'll see if my game does it though and if it does I might report it as a bug so that Maxis/EA can fix it in their patch (which will eventually come out to fix all the mistakes they made). Ya know, I didn't even notice that pets had a family tree...but that's great. I love the idea of my Canis Panther having a pedigree. (yes I'm obsessed with them in the game now )
I haven't given away pups or dogs to people yet either. Just gave three up for adoption and had them adopted by other sims I created.

One bug I did notice was that my small dogs tend to end up floating into the bathtub walls and popping out again, while they're being bathed and if greeting a small dog while it's lying down, sometimes the dog will pop from one position to the next without any movement in between. Very odd...but nothing that disrupts game play, fortunately.

Have you met the wolf with the glowing eyes yet? I'm going to create a sim specifically so he can befriend that wolf and be bitten to become a werewolf.

Cass.
