Yeah Mirg you should get it - it's a GREAT expansion pack!

There's so much more creative control in relation to the Sims Unleashed. I know you'd love it.

I'll attempt making AJ but it might be a bit tricky.. there are unfortunately some limitations when it comes to making new breeds. I'll do the best I can, though.

Maybe i can get mom to give in and let me download it for just a little bit and if i get my grades up (i have horrible grades right now). I know the first thing i would do! Make me and then make me a little house with a couple of big kennels next to it!

You can make any of my dogs if you want. I figured A.j. would be hard, since he has so many unique markings like his half-blue eye and his "7". If i get the game, ill probably make Sophie first, i can already see her as a Sim.

Wiener might be fun, too, though!

Weiner would be hard to do because you can't do dogs with short legs

I'm still peed off about that. I wanted some Dachshunds and Corgis in my game.
Becareful adding it too your game and then taking it off again, because it can ruin your families and neighbourhoods. They even warn you in the info booklet you get when you buy the game that you have to back up everything and if you have to remove an EP it can damage your families (because you are removing things like new careers, neighbourhoods, community lots, townies and in the case of pets...members of the family -ie: the pets themselves). So only get it if you can keep it in your game for keeps.

Aw, that sucks! I dont know why that would be! In the first Sims Pets, you can adopt a Dachshund.

Im still not sure if i could get it. Moms already mad because i get on the internet with this computer. Someday, i will hopefully have my own computer instead of a school computer, then im instantly going to buy Sims 2 Pets!

I have Sims 2 Pets and I made a number of pets, but I don't really play it because it runs soooo slooooow on my computer

It takes hours and hours to get through a Sims day! The fast-forward even moves slowly! I keep telling my family I need a new computer.

(of course I leave out that I need a new computer so I can play Sims, hehe...)

Part of the reason I haven't got the new expansion yet is because I need to upgrade my computer to run it. I won't tell my dad (a total computer nerd and the only person I trust to tamper with my computer) that's the reason I want an upgrade though.

I got more memory and hard disk space for my computer... so I could play the Sims 2 (with eps) properly!

I swear, this game is a true addiction.

I got the "Insimminator" mod the other day. I did promise myself that I wouldn't but I couldn't help myself. My lesbian couple wanted to have kids and they couldn't have them with each other (obviously) so the mod helped.

A funny thing happened though. I can now choose to make townies and NPC's "selectable" (and therefore 'playable') characters in the game. Soooooo....I created an 'orphanage', where I basically make all the stray kids selectable (ie: Kidnap them

) so they can live with my Sim who runs the ophanage.

Yay!! I get to see those kiddies actually grow up!

Although she did have to adopt a child for real so that kids would be lured...errr...I mean 'come visit' her house.

But little Dominique (a boy...no I didn't name him) doesn't mind being bait.

this game sounds so awesome! I might have to invest in it...now that I live back with the folks I have a computer at home! YAY! It seems addicting!

Definately.

Check out the official site Sims2.com for all the info and for screen captures from the game (you can also see all the characters, animals, houses and objects that people have made for others to download into their game).

I actually bought more memory because the game was running so slowly! Unfortunately it still runs slow after adding the extra memory

It did stop the game from freezing though, it kept freezing before and now it doesn't, it just takes forever to play still...

Mirg - I made an ESS but it doesn't look exactly like AJ. My internet wasn't working when I made the dog, so couldn't look at a photo of him for reference.
