Halloween Guard dogs :)

Last night I put together a 7ft tall Butler that I have for Halloween. My dogs sat there and watched me put it together, dare I say helping me. Once the Butler was complete though, both of them freaked out and started barking & growling. Normally I tell them hush and they listen but I guess having a 7ft tall (fake) man in the room was too much for them. I ended up dragging the Butler into the other room out of their sight.

That is just too funny! I can just visualize that. Mine would have heart failure, but not before they took a couple bites out of the ankles. Get your camera, pull the butler out and quickly snap off some pictures and maybe a move.

lol that is hilarious. Maggie barks at and freaks out over hairbrushes. I could just imagine what she would do over a giant fake man.

Sounds like something Sadie would do. LOL Bad seven foot evil butler for making the dogs think that you were a big scary man. Bad!

LOL! That sounds so much like what my dogs would do. One night I put on a wig for a costume party and they barked at me until I started talking to them. And they say people don't like change!! If my husband or I park in a different area that our usual spots, that will also make them bark like madmen when they go out to potty!

Hi
ja, Halloween is veeery difficult for dogs...

My costum is well ya a real shocker...
I go as a S.W.A.T. officer and i wear all black and helmet, wich is still acceptable for my dogs, but the Gatorneck on is quite the shocker for them, aika had to look if i am still in there and jumped up to check for my face... she looked quite puzzeled...

and tomorrow i though I take aika with me to work, to make the costum perfect, but hmmm maybe without the gatorneck...;-)

I wish I had a digital camera...
Tonight I'm gonna drag the Butler out of the office and set him up on the front porch- He'll be near the window so I'll have to keep the dogs out of that room. Should be an interesting night
