I had just taken the tape off this morning when I took that pic. I don't expect them to stand more than a few hours, but they look great so far. I think most people immediately re-tape at this stage, but I'm following the way my breeder did Blitz' ears and giving 1 day of rest before re-taping, then when they start standing the whole day, go two days, then three etc. When they go 4 days You go a trial run to see if they will stay standing (assuming teething is well under way).
Blitz took about 3 months all together, but hers looked firmer than his did at this age |

Wow, they look great!
I'm unfamilar with the ear taping, but how long does it tend to take before they don't need them taped anymore? Obviously it is different from one pup to another, but approximately? |
