Redhot....VERY stunning bitch you have there.
She's not mine. (I wasn't sure if you implying that she is mine, or that they are good pictures. lol) All I can do is take credit for finding and posting the pictures.

Here's the red devil I can claim ownership of.

Tell me he doesn't look pathetic. I mean c'mon, I'm petting the cat!

It took a while....I finally scooped enough pumpkin for four p-pies (we're crazy about pumpkin pie), stuck it in the blender with spices, soy milk, sugar, and egg.....it took us pretty much all day to make pie! We baked an apple pie for the neighbors, too

Five pies and I can't even dry my hair. I think I either need a new hair dryer, or a closer TV.

That terrier was great. I loved the way his face was marked. I was disapointed though that the blue merle collie though didn't place. That one looked just like Kota.

Yep, I like the Standards the best. No Minis or Toys for me! (But then, I like big dogs better than small dogs.....) I told JeanAnne (my 9 year old sis who loves poodles, exspecialy the toy ones) that if I ever got a poodle it would be a Black Standard with NO show clip. lol

LOL!! I think Gaddy beat us all on that one. lol All I had to do was turn around and yell at me siblings to be quiet because the show was back on and I couldn't hear it! lol
(They were running around in the garage [that was where I was watching the show because the boys took over the TV inside for the Colts game] and they were riding in my Grandma's old Weelchair that she doesn't use any more.)

Salem, the collie did look a LOT like Kota, now that I think about it.
Maybe I didn't watch carefully enough, but were there Border Collies in that show?! I didn't see a single one. Probably a good thing.. The last BC on a dog show that I watched was the Tournament of champions on animal planet, and the dog was incredibly short-legged and rather stocky, and he had a thicker coat than a Peke! Didn't resemble a working dog at all.. That coat would have stuck him into the mud!

I don't remember seeing a border collie either. The other looked so much like Kota I would have sworn it was her if I hadn't known better! Perhaps a distant relative? If I knew more about showing I would show her myself. But I've never shown anything and would be embarased to enter a ring :shiver: I've had several people who did show collies though tell me I should.

I've never been in the ring either.. Sometimes you can get someone else to handle your dog in the ring, but she would have to be trained for show. I'm leaning towards leaving the show ring alone with this pup of mine, because I am just not ready for it. I'm really not ready to deal with the snotty people, who seem to be abundant at dog shows. I don't have any doubts about my dog, he's fantastic and I definitely think he is finishable, but I do have serious doubts about my ability to deal with those snooty people graciously. I think it's going to be the obedience ring for us.

I can totally understand that. Good luck with whatever you decide

Sorry I thought she was yours as well, still a very stunning girl though. And your guy is VERY nice as well, who could resist those big brown eyes!
