iMacs, DSL & AOL
Does anyone use an iMac and get on AOL via DSL? I'm having problems. DSL is working fine, I am online right now with Netscape Navigator. No problems. But I cannot seem to get on AOL. Gives me a "failure to connect" message. I called AOL, some person walked me through a few changes, tried AOL again, didn't work, so he said turn off the modem and computer, turn back on and it'll work just fine. He just wanted off the phone.. it didn't work and he knew it wouldn't and I am livid.

Sorry, can't help you with the iMac & AOL but I know AOL can be pretty picky. Never have cared for them myself, just don't like the way the program weaves its way through virtually everything darn thing on your computer and once its there you play hell trying to get rid of it. lol
