P.S. Coldnose, your dog is Lovley! He has a really cute smile. lol My dog doesn't smile she 'aroo's. (I think she learned to howl and not bark from our neighbors Alasken Malamute. She hardly ever barks but she will 'aroo' when she is really happy and she 'wo wo's. lol

)

That would be a riot if they did actually recognize the St. Boxer.

Makes me wonder though how many are actually out there. As of now, I know of 2.

Ritz459: Thanks!! She always cracks me up when she smiles, which is quite often. And I loved it when she smiled at me after chasing the neighbor kids off of our fence. Just about wet my pants from laughing so hard.

Alaskans are I believe a mix of the Siberian Husky, the Alaskan Malamute and a couple of other breeds. They're strictly a working dog, I don't think any registry recognizes them.

(BTW the Alaskan Klee Kai is an unusual little dog, isn't it? "Miniaturized alaskan huskies" is what they call them. Meh, I'm so tired of breeds being miniaturized.)

I am too. everybody thinks that little dogs are really freindly and big dogs are really mean.......I'm also sick of everybody calling yellow Labs, Golden Labs! That and all of the oodle breeds......

I also have on another calander a Harliquin(sp?) Great Dane puppy! It is the CUTEST Thing in the whole wide world!!!! (It doesn't have it's ears cropped either which makes it all the more cute! lol)
