Time on GP

Perhaps GP should only allow someone to view the different forums only five times in one day. I can't seem to get anything done here without coming back to the computer!! I go upstairs to wash dishes, back to the forum. Go outside to wash the car, back to the forum, vacuum the stairwell, back to the forum. This is the greatest place for dog lovers since the invention of the crate!! My many thanks for such a place to come to with so many knowledgable folks here...quite a blessing.

Do you have dial-up phone line access or not? That will really slow you down. It used take me hours to load websites when I had dial-up. I much faster now that have switched to cable internet.

I am also a computer geek

I have Comcast cable...that's not the problem. The problem is there's too much excellant info on this forum to be able to leave it long at a time. With my sister coming up to visit next week for Christmas, I need to make the place presentable to her and I can't get going for coming here!

I "got it", ColColt, and share your "problem". I can't get enough on dogs. I only wish my babies could participate in virtual playdates.

Being single without a girlfriend(do they still call them that?) and 60 years old, I have perhaps too much time on my hands, but; I love it in times like these. I can stay on the computer all I want!! Maybe the next pet I get I'll start them out right by sitting them in front of the TV with me and get them to watch a Cesar Millan DVD so they can get some insight into how they're suppose to act.

BrkCollie-You can't beat cable for speed. Plus with my router, firewall and about 10 different spyware programs, I may be a bit overgunned but, better safe than sorry!

I don't post much, but I come here at least once a day! It's the best forum on the web!
