A thorough analysis of the ordinance has not be performed on this forum so I don't know if "most" of the law addresses one area over another. I only see reactions to a commentary opposing the law. I'd like to see the commentary from the lawmakers supporting the law to provide a balanced perspective.

I've reviewed the ordinance and I don't care if this definition violates "the rights of dog owners".

I agree with KennelMom, it is up to the Louisville citizens to challenge, hold the lawmakers accountable for, and modify the law.

That sounds good. I was talking about the other parts of the law.

I just noticed there is another thread that covers Louisville:
