Angel Update

I'm not sure if any of you remember me saying that I had to rehome Angel a while back but I thought I would give everyone an update. I have become really close friends with the people that have become Angels family, they're great people and take really good care of her although there was an accedent. They were planning to get her spayed but had a money problem at the last minute and didn't know that she was in heat! They have a rottwieler who unfortunatly breed her but she is healthy and they've been taking awesome care for her. She's getting big. I plan on helping get these babies a home, I know that it isn't good she was bred but I won't blame them because it was an honest mistake.

They really love her and spoil her to death! I get to see her all the time and although it hurts to know I had to give her up I'm happy to see she is doing so well.

They could still have had her spayed while she was in the early stages of pregnancy.
It's a real shame she's having pups.

Good luck finding them the right homes. I hope the whelp goes well and mum and pups are ok.

I remember you saying that you had to give Angel up. It's great to hear how well she's doing, besides the pregnancy. It's such a shame that she's now pregnant - are her new owners planning to get her spayed after the birth?

I'm glad Angel is doing well. Let's just hope the people who own her realize how much more expensive taking care of puppies is going to be considering a spay! I also hope the whelp goes smoothly and that you can find good homes for the pups.

oh I am glad she is doing well.....it is too bad about the pregnancy....but hopefully good homes will be found and mom and pups will all survive ok.

They are getting her spayed after she has the pups, definitely. We've already got a home lined up for one of the pups whith someone we all know and trust and we're working on the others but can't do much until they are born. Of course it's unfortunate but I guess sometimes things happen that are out of our hands.

But the thing is, this could have easily been prevented - even in the early stages of pregnancy. Sorry, I just feel so strongly about stuff like 'accidental' pregnancies in dogs..

At least you said Angel will be (hopefully!) spayed after the birth. I'm very happy to hear that!
