Finally !

Well tomorrow we head south to look at the houses the Real Estate Agent has lined up. I am SO excited !! We have 6 houses to look at plus what ever the Real Estate agent finds today.. so we may have more. If not, we'll still have the 6 available. All are beautiful houses. All have at least 1+ acres, with one on 3.6 acres and 2 on almost 2 acres. One is very large, set up for a horse and has a few out buildings and a sun room !
It is also already fully fenced(the whole acre plus) which is VERY helpful !
What gets us is, we have until Sun. to chose. Why, well the houses down there are going very fast ! 2 we LOVED, sold in only a few days. So she said it's better to bid now , then wait for a week. So, I'll be able to post pictures of the house we choose , on Tuesday when we get back. We will close March 1st and start moving in April.. How exciting !!! I so can't wait lol..

Sure is.. well for me anyway. I know it will be stressful on the "kids" since we have to move them down there with 2 trips. But I know they'll get over that very quickly after they get a taste of their new home. But all do love going "Bye-Bye"(except for the cats), so the trip will be a nice treat for them in their minds. Smokie and Patches will have a kennel all their own for the trip and we'll give each their own things to comfort them. I know we're in for a long haul but it will be worth it after this is all done. So I can-not wait , it will be a great day saying good bye to this town once and for all..
Oh, I will and I'll post pictures too !! We'll choose on Sunday and I can post pictures Tuesday.

Our family house has been in our family name for 80 years now. It has 207 acres (use to be a working farm). Somethings we plan to never sell. Hope your dream house will be something you will be able to share for many generations as well It's so exciting

Thanks ! I don't know about perfect but one has to be pefect for us,. We have a list that we'll go over while touring each house. Each question has a rating from 1(small/or very poor) to 5(Big and Roomy/or Excellent). We leave today at 11:30 and should get there around 4:30-5pm. I will be able to post tomorrow of how things went. I just can't get any pictures on here untill Tuesday.
I just keep wondering how I am going to get through 3 days with out Beau being there to brighten the day (he is a huge goof lol). But my brother(he's 25) will be here and I kow they'll be fine, I just can't get over not being able to give Beau a hug for 3 days

Wow! I'm so excited for you!
I can't wait til we buy a new home, we're hoping to in the fall. The house we're in now is ok, but I really want a big old farmhouse in the country. I haven't really bothered to decorate the one I'm in now, since we knew it would be temporary (we planned on 2-3 years, it will be 3 years in September) so I think I'm most excited about actually decorating a home the way I want it. LOL

Well we made down here fine. It was a great ride down, lots of snow and snow sculptures. We will be getting a call here pretty soon with the time that we meet in Rigby to start the tour. Anyway we got here sooner then we thought, so I thought I give you all an update !
Pondwader, my mother and I can-not wait to get our hands on which ever house we choose. We already have decor' plans and we haven't seen the house yet lol...
