Beginning to the end!

13 weeks ago hubby broke his leg. The doctor in Alabama (where it happened) said that he would be off of it for 8 to 10 weeks. When we went to the orthropedic doctor at home in Virginia he said 10 to 12 weeks. Well, today is exactly 13 weeks...the doctor said today that he can start walking with crutches and putting some weight on the foot. He still has to wear his aircast but atleast it is a beginning. It has been somewhat of an adventure taking care of the three dogs myself. The poodle, Cindy Lou doesn't want to go outside without her daddy. We even took another trip to Alabama last week and I had to walk all three at by myself. Talk about a three ring circus! To make it even better we drove home last Sunday in an ice storm! Here's to hoping it's smooth sailing from here!
