First Snow For The Youngsters
We finally last night had our first really good snowfall, up until now it's just been a dusting now and then but we woke up this morning to 8 inches of new snow fall.
My youngest bullies, Immy and Dugan are experiencing their very first winter and Tillie and Gracie were just tiny babies last Christmas so this was something really new for them as well. We have our little routine first thing in the morning before I go to work, everyone gets their good morning hugs and then heads straight out to potty, they always all run for me first to get their hug then about Mach 5 to the door for outside. Well, this morning they ran for the door with Gracie in the lead, she always leaps from the doorway as far out as she can go and then turns to watch everyone else come out. Grace takes her usual flying leap and POOF nothing but white and makes the loudest snort of pure shock I've ever heard LOL Dugan, who was behind her is now balancing in the doorway with eyes as big as saucers and the other bullies charging up hard and fast to get out. It was like a train wreck LOL I had bully butts going straight up in the air they were trying to put on the brakes so hard. ROFL Meanwhile, Grace is sitting in the middle of the snow looking extremely disgusted, Dugan is trying to keep his balance so he doesn't touch the dreaded white stuff and Immy and Tillie are tryng to push him out of the way to see what happened to Grace. The older bullies just sat down, looked at me like "are ya going to do something about this?" LOL Finally got them all outside and Dugan and Immy are trying to pick their paws up with every step, Tillie figures out you can eat this strange white stuff and has her whole face buried in it and there sat Grace, still looking ticked to the extreme with Drew behind her making a bully angel in the snow and kicking snow in her face. lol By the end of the potty break everyone was running around goofing and they finally did manage to get Gracie back in a good mood but she still had a slight air about her when she came in....kind of like "How dare you put me out there and mess up my hair!" LOL |

A-w-w-w...that's such a cute story. Aren't they just precious to watch when they first discover the snow for the season and especially the first snow of their lives? They do have fun, don't they. Your story really makes a good visual. LOL. Cute.
