No i havent i stopped being nasty to my bros for a week and thats it!My mum and dad stopped smoking for 4 months and started again but Now my dad stopped again and has been 5/6 weeks now!!Bless him!!

I kept one.....7 years ago I decided to stop eating red meat.... it lasted till about month ago.... but im starting it back up again this year. If ive done it once and for 7 years I think I can do it again.

Why red meat? Just wondering...I tried going vegi after watching Babe but I only lasted 2 weeks...the only vegetables I eat are carrots and potatoes and I only eat one fruit...so that failed dismally!

I tryed going full veggie the year before but had iron problems so I my Dr. said If I just cut out red meat but still eat chicken and fish that my iron should stay right. And it has...so it boils down to ill eat things with 2 legs or less...I lost a ton of weight and toned up too (I also excercised more too, which I still do). But I LOVE veggies...ill eat anything but peas, so that part works for me

I see! I've always had anaemia too of varying degrees...really should remember to take supplements!

I would go veggie for morals BUT I just love meat way too much....especially a good rare steak.....so I just try not to think about WHERE the meat came from and just enjoy it's yummyness....works for me!
