I just sent them the letter I made. In it I gave them and article out of DogFancy's April 2004 puppy issue about Bite inhibition. At the end of the letter I offered to walk, play, watch, and trian there dogs for them if they were ever out of town or not going to be home during the day. I could come over to their house to take care of them, or they could bring their Boxers over to our house for the day! Hopefully they will take me up on the offer! If not, at least they have an article about properly trianing a puppy! I'll let all of you guys know if they respond!

Good luck Ritz!! Obviously you know more about dogs than they do, how could they refuse an offer like that? Free exercise for their dogs. (I'm assuming it's free )

Oh, it's free. I told them that I didn't need to be paid because just being with to Boxers would be reward enough. So that would be free petsitting, free exercise, free trianing, and free playtime. (At our house or theirs. It doesn't matter.)

I also petsit and I don't charge for that either. They can choose not to pay me, or to pay me whatever they want. I get 25.00$ for watching a neighbors Husky/GSD mix for two days. I feed him twice a day and walk him once a day.
I think the biggest I've ever got paid for the least amount of work was 50.00$ for feeding a Dalmation once a day for 5 days. That was like 10.00 a day (gee, aren't I good at math? lol) just for feeding him once a day!

Anywho, I hope they do take me up on my offer. I don't know if they will, but at least they know that I'll be willing to help with their dogs. I've done all I can, and I just hope it works!
