YES !! We got a House !!

Well today at 9am we left to see a few houses. Since we didn't get word on Friday about the house we placed a bid on, to see if they took us over the other offer, we made plans to see 2 houses in case they went with the other people. Well we made our rounds. The 1st house was very nice. It had a bath room the size of a full sized bedroom(the other was normal) , HUGE kitchen and beautiful cupboards. It was VERY roomy ! That house made our list of course lol. Then we headed to see another house, unfortunately it turned out to be not so good(ugly !). Anyway, when we got back to the office there was a message on our brokers cell.. Guess what !!!
We got the house we had looked at and fell for, last week.

They are doing the paper work now and the closing date is set for next month. We should be able to move in , in April .. The house is nice, located in a small town but 20mins from a big city. It will be a great house for my parents to retire in and it has LOTS of room for the puppers !!
I am SO happy for my parents and thrilled to move from here. I will be going with them, find a better job(they are moving closer to a bigger city) and then start getting on my own in time. It's been exhausting and now we can rest and look forward to the move. Anyhoo, I'd thought I'd update you all on the house hunting and every thing. I'll get pics on the computer when I can.

That is so cool and exciting! I'm looking forward to the photos.. I love looking at properties. Is this the house with the stables?

Thanks !! I am VERY happy and so excited !!!!! Cass, we gave up on the houses down there. We would of loved to have all the city offered but my parent's didn't "click" with any of the houses. The one set up for horses, well they didn't want any thing to do with house checks , inspections, or any of that. So we just gave that up. We think if they didn't want to do any inspection, that maybe they were hiding some thing !.. Well after my parents talked it over, they decided to stay in N. Central Idaho, where they know. The house now is not set up for horses but it has a huge shop and storage area and it's almost fully fenced. The basement is not 100% completed, so we have a few ideas !! It will be fun and finally, we can actually do what WE want lol !!! Aside from not having a large amount of land, it's located near places the dogs can have fun. It's on a VERY large lot(about .60 of an acre) so that will be plenty of room for the dogs to romp around. It's closer to shows (20mins) and we can still see our vet(whom we and the dogs just love - they are both so nice !) We are so VERY happy we don't have to switch vets lol.. We can get the puppers to Petco more often(which I'm happy about) and I can get a better job. We will also be able to get our Day Care/Pet Sitting up and running a bit sooner as well !! So I'm excited, this should be VERY fun !

Well we can't see the house again until the people move out. Probably Mid- March, but I'm not sure. But I will try and get some pictures as soon as I can..

Thanks and I will. I'm going to ask my parents to ask their broker, and see if we can get back up to the house and take some pics. We didn't take our camera when we went to tour it, because we though it would be small, ugly and have close neighbors( we didn't know it would be something that would work for us). We were wrong about all of that lol. But I'll keep you al updated. We start packing in March and we already called to price a U-Haul and my aunt and uncle are coming up from Boise to help us move. They want to drive a few of the puppers in the back of their truck but we declined- mom said she'll transport them in the van, no matter how many trips it takes in the day
