teeth brushing....:)

So, okay - I don't know if this question has been asked, so I'll start it.........
How many of you guy's brush your dog's teeth everyday?
I do, haha - and now everymorning and evening - when they hear me in the bathroom with the water running - there they are..........Buddy on the left and Bailey on the right sitting there waiting for their turn to have their teeth brushed! My Vet laugh's at that, but does say that he's very glad I do that, that it'll help alot down the road..Plus - it makes for good breath too...LOL...........

I don't everyday, but at least three times a week. I have one of those three sided ones, works great! I thought Duke hated it, until not too long ago he saw the tooth brush and then came over and sat in front of me. The cat however... he's a little too tooth brush obsessive. (He looooves having his teeth brushed. LOL)

Mine all get their teeth done every day **big bright bullies smiles all around ** and have since they were just babies.

It really does make for better breath and although it's a bit difficult to get them used to if its an older dog its never too late too get them started if anyone else wants to start!

What do you both use for brushing?

I do every now and then, and not as often as I should. They have most of the tartar ridded off their teeth by the bones they chew, but I know that's not going to take care of it. I think I may get into doing that more often...

I don't do it daily. My girls chew bones, and get the occasional scrape and brush.

Bailey is a good dog and sits still for me. I know she doesn't like it but she tries to be good for me. She knows she gets greenie when she's done. I am getting Lucy ready for brushing by sticking my fingers in her mouth and rubbing her gums a little each day. I haven't actually brushed them yet...she will barely sit still as it is.
