GlobalPaw eShop OPEN!
The GlobalPaw eshop is now open. If want something that you do not see, post an idea here, and I'll add it. Currently, there are 2 catagories, I would encourage you to explore our products, and post some ideas on new designs, etc.

I didn't see any dog bowls there. I have this great fabric collapsible bowl that I take everywhere with me. I need another one, if we can get something like that with the GlobalPaw logo on it, I will hold off buying one from the pet store.

yeah, our current eshop is hosted with cafepress, and I am not too impressed with their selection, but they are the biggest of the eshop services...if I can get a smaller eshop just for dog products...frisbees, bowls, leashes, collars, etc...I will.
I might do some research today about that. |

Putting on my graphic designer cap now - here's a suggestion for new designs:
I love the dog icon on the front page with the GlobalPaw items, but the items themselves do not feature it prominently - or sometimes not at all. I would suggest that you use the dog (or Woof) as the larger design element - or logo- with the GlobalPaw.com as more of a tag line underneath. That way you get better long distance readability - people recognize images faster than words - but when someone gets closer they find out the details. On some of the products, it would also use the space a bit better, unless of course, there were production issues that drove the design in the final direction (there always are!!). Just a thought.... |

wow, thanks...if I planed on keeping the eshop, I would change the design, but you have a lot of good points. Yesterday, I found an alternative that would allow me to sell dog products...not hats and t-shirts.

Your welcome, and the products that you have already look great! Just something to keep in mind if you add more. Feel free to email me direct if you ever want design advice, I know a lot more about that than I do about dogs!!

No, I haven't used Photoshop CS, still using 7. I do most of my work in Illustrator. Web design would be great fun, but I'm locked into a corprate job that doesn't have that as an option. All the benefits, none of the fun!!
