Dog poems I wrote when I was younger
I was cleaning my room up a bit the other night and I came across two poems I wrote when I was 9 & 10 years old.. to do with dogs of course! I thought I'd just share them with you guys.

You should see how I spelt some of the words... I used to be a pretty average speller when I was in primary school!

Poem #1

The rain is falling to the ground,
The dogs are barking in the pound.
I want the dogs to be loose and free
so they can come and play with me.


Poem #2 - titled "Dogs!!!"

In the kennel or at the park,
In the house, bark, bark bark!

With their paws and wagging tails,
They have claws but we have nails.

Dogs play all day and go for walks,
They eat from a bowl but we use forks.

Dogs jump in puddles and get all muddy,
But I still love my dog, he's my best buddy!!!
