Legal/Ethical Question... Need HELP!!! - Page 2

Sierra is all the way to the left of the pic... the one my son had to hold still for the pic. Of course, the most... uhm, feisty of the bunch!!! Dad didn't want to be in the pic!

The guy called and spoke to my husband a few minutes ago. Apologized for last night, said he was just really upset, and that nothing more will come of it. I do feel bad for him and understand him being upset (sort of), but not bad enough to give him Sierra. If we can't find someone close to us that we're 100% comfortable with, it looks like we will be keeping her as well as Panzer (her brindle bro). Can't say I'm too upset about that either!!

What a relief, though, to know we're not going to have to deal with a lawsuit (even if he couldn't have won).

I am so glad things worked out.
Also glad you are having your girl spayed then you wont have a problem like this again lol

I like to leave the breeding up to the registered breeders lol I couldnt stand to give my puppies to anyone.

That's great Kab!!! I too wouldn't be able to give away the puppies....well maybe if I knew the home was simply amazing.....I dunno, I'm not a breeder by any means so it's not something I contemplate LOL

Trust me, I'm no breeder either... the one puppy that's going 'home' is Sherman (aka Fatty-the middle one in the pic), and he's going to a good friend of mine. I'd trust her with my kids, so giving her a puppy was an easy decision. I don't know how breeders do it...
