Wow you have HEAPS!! I used to collect them when I was younger, but I no longer do. I can't believe it.. and I hate to admit this, but I spent $200 on two beanie babies once (Erin and Glory). That's before they sold BB's in Australia.

Wow! Nice large collection you have there!

I collected them for years but had to quit. I ran out of room! LOL

Since your obviously a pretty avid collector this will make sense to you. I started collecting at the same time as the original 9 when a friend gave me Legs as part of a birthday gift. As an avid collector I was always proud to say that I was a member of the BBOC and had mostly PVC pieces. lol Lots of old face, HTF and 1st generation tags.

Mine are all tucked away in storage now and won't come back out until my grandaughter is old enough to take them on. LOL Swift - I did that myself several times with a few that I just couldn't get my hands on any other way! Beanie addicts! lol

Well... I had Lizzy. And Tabasco. And some others, I forget.

But the problem was that I also had Saboo. Her favorite thing to play with is a beanie baby. She plucks their eyes out and starts fleabiting the beans through the fabric until she makes a hole and gets beans all over.

WOW, that is a lot of beanie babies! I have only had a couple, but Mandi really likes to play with them. She isn't vicous enough to tear it apart, but she thinks she is!

I have 3 trashbags and 3 bins full? Lots of duplicates because my sister and I both collected them. Now we're just trying to get rid of them! I've been donating them to a rat rescue around here that's been helping with a massive rescue of small animals.

I also found that the McDonalds teenie beanies are perfect toys for little dogs--no button eyes and pretty good construction. They're Ollie's favorite! If anyone with small dogs would like some teenie beanies let me know.

I didnt notice it before, but you have Spongebob!! (Me and my friend used to scream out "Spongebob!!" every time we saw him )

Hey, do you know what breed of dogs the ones in the top, right corner of your picture are? They look awesome.

I only collect the dogs....and have been pretty slack on that the past couple of years. They aren't on display as my real dogs are obsessed with them! LOL

I used to collect them, but not avidly. Now I don't even know where half of mine are because my younger siblings and my ferrets have taken them. I prefered the more unique ones...one of my favorites this Vulture/Buzzard thing:
lol Now whenever I see a Beanie Baby and it is a certain coat texture (the ones with the slikyish/soft fur) I contemplate getting it for Casey. She LOVES them. In fact, for easter, I wanted to buy her this HUGE duck that was of that kind of material. Then I could laugh at her while she would try to stuff it under my bed! lol
