I Got The Job!!!
i got the job! i have ot start going to training on may 4
it wasn't what i wanted ot do but atleast i got something i have to deal wiht kids all day but i do get to hang out wiht animals can't wait |

That's awsome Roman! EDIT: Oh, hey, I just read your other thread. Is it sort of like a Junior Zookeeper thing? Our local zoo offers that program...you preform the duties of a zookeeper, only without being a zookeeper. lol Kinda like a camp/job/volunteer thing.
I had a couple of camps at the zoo before...it was fun. They had a pair of New Guniea Singing Dogs and they said they used to let them out on leashes to greet people because the dogs were so freindly...but then one slipped its collar and the don't do that anymore. lol I was also chased by a couple of flamingos when I was feeding them...that wasn't so fun. Neither was picking out dead meal worms from the live package they had just received to use as food...yuck. But I did get to play with some lemurs. ![]() Hope you have fun! |

i have to teach the kiddies about the certain animals i will be showing on the days. then i have to do an arts and crafts thing wiht them and then educate them more MUHUHAHAHA!!!
ROFL i want to be chased by somehting other than a peacock (everytime i go there wiht my cousins i get chased by this one blue one) |
