Look how many toys I had to pick up off the floor around the house when I was vaccuming this morning! There are at least this many in the backyard too! Naw, my dogs aren't spoiled!

Great pic! I love that one of your dogs is standing guard over the stash just in case anyone decides to remove one. LOL I had a quick look at my pups toy basket, I think he only has half that many... but what makes things more bizarre is, he never plays with toys. Yet I still buy them. Don'tcha just love buying the pooches new toys? Cass. |

LOL I've never had the joy of buying our doggies toys because they never play with them.....Blackie had a frizbee and a rope toy when he was a pup (along with a billion baseballs
) but he hardly ever played with them when he got older and Rose has never liked toys. So I just have the joy of going out and buying our doggies big humungo beef bones!!!! lol (And the 'rainbow' ball you have? [The one with all of the star shapes hooked together?] We bought that for a GR puppy we were watching. She completely destroyed it!!! lol She ripped it into a thousand peices, so we had individual stars scattered in our living room! lol) |

A-w-w-w-w....that's so cute. She looks like she's trying to decide what to play with first....looks like a daycare center in there. LOL. I'm glad you spoil your dogs that way. My dogs have few toys because they destroy most toys. They have Kongs and Nyla bones with the little nubs and that's about it. Jose likes to play and retrieve, but he has to be seperated from Lyric because Lyric kills balls, tears them to smitherines. Maybe when he grows up more.... LOL

LOL that cow is named "Stinky Cow" and it used to belong to Bailey. It was her security cow and she never went anywhere with out it. I even have pictures of her somewhere sleeping with it. She is such a great big sister that she gave Stinky Cow to Lucy and now Lucy spends her days "killing "it and dragging it all over the place. I can't believe this cow has lasted so long, it has had many rounds through the washer with bleach trying to kill the funky smell of two years of dog saliva, grass, dirt and what ever else it has been dragged through. LOL
I took a picture of all the balls and toys in the backyard too and i'll post that when I get home from work tonight. I had to laugh...my dogs are definetly spoiled...they seriously don't need this many balls and toys and I can see most of them need a run through the dishwasher to make them "new" again. LOL |

Very cute! I'm posting a link to Bentley's pic of him with some of the pugs toys, on the day that I got him. He was so jazzed with all those toys, like it fried his little puggy brain.
Happy Bentley |

LOL you have a spoiled crew too! LOL isn't it fun to but them toys??? It's easy to forget all the ones they already have and don't even play with. I need to pick up 80% of them and hide them and reintroduce them one at a time so they think they are getting new ones. I wonder how much I spend in a year on toys? Probably enough to pay for a cruise to the Bahamas by now! HMMMMMMMM

Rotate your toys and they will always be brandnew to your pups or exciting to reunite! We had tether ball in the back yard once that a our lab took a keen interest in..so much so that you had to pull him off of it to get him in the house and if the wind blew it while you were hauling him in, his head was always turned and he was way bigger than me in bulk, he would drag you right back out again. He didn't need a partner to play, he sent it to the end of the rope! The command leave it was hopeless, but he had so much fun we just left it out there.

LOL Barrett that looks like Ripley's stash of toys that he keeps in a pile in the middle of my room.. Except he has 3 or 4 of those little "orbee" earth-shaped balls, that he likes to put on my pillows.. LOL. He loves those things.
Bailey and Lucy aren't spoiled, just taken care of very well. No dog can have TOO many toys. ![]() |

I edited the first post to show the toys in the backyard. No wonder it takes an hour to mow the grass, I have to stop every 5 feet to pick up a ball! A burglar wouldn't have a chance trying to sneak around my house or yard. It's like a squeeky toy mine field. LOL

I LOVE those pictures!! Too cute! Zermatt and Godiva also have ton of toys... I guess they take the brunt of my maternal energy! I found the best way to store the toys is in their old baby bed. The best is when they pull out all of the toys and try to use the bed!!!!
Not like they don't have one in every room!!! Silly pups! |
