Just got back from the pound - Page 2

That's so sad to hear. Things happen for a reason, and you never know. He just may have been one of those dogs that were nice when you see them, but put in certain situations are unpredictable. Wish you could have gotten him, but I'm sure it was for the better.

Yeah. I have bad luck with finding dogs. lol. I guess I will get the right one for me one of these days.

A-w-w...I'm sorry for such a disappointment. But it's true...a lot of dogs like some dogs and not others, just like we people. And without knowing what he went through, it would be a terrible risk for you and your other dogs. This will take a lot of looking into before deciding on a dog. Be careful. It is so sad though, that so many dogs are in shelters and are all screwed up. What a waste.

That's just terrible!!!

Those pit bull thing is pretty bad, but the puppies... that's just intolerable!
I'd love to know who the warden is in your area! He needs to be called to look at that place!!!

They should really look into elevated beds.
We have elevated beds in the shelter that I volunteer AND we also have the heating coils in the floor.
(it also may have been something else that killed them-maybe not the cold, maybe they were sick?).

Well they dont have anything in their dog houses and the whole thing is alot og wire gates there are some (i dont know what they are called) the look like those things you cover boats up with. But It was probally the cold, im not sure. I know they hardly have anything to keep them warm. Its so sad, the volunteer lady brought a blanket to put in the drop box.
